What the Home Office expects of a sponsor
Holding a sponsor licence comes with ongoing responsibilities: keeping certain records on the people you sponsor, telling the Home Office about certain changes within set timeframes, and being able to show you’ve done so if you’re inspected.
Most licences are lost not to bad intent but to gaps: a missing check, a change reported late, a record no one can find on the day. Keeping everything in one place is how you avoid that.
