Every reportable change becomes a task

Most worker-level events must be reported within 10 working days: a confirmed start date or no-show, a salary or role change, a change of work location, or an early termination. Changes to the business itself have a slightly longer window of 20 working days. The platform turns each one into an assigned action with a due date, so nothing falls off the calendar.

Questions employers ask.

What’s the difference between defined and undefined certificates?
A defined certificate is used when sponsoring a Skilled Worker applying from outside the UK, and is confirmed before assignment. An undefined certificate is used for in-UK Skilled Worker applications and most other Worker and Temporary Worker routes, drawing from your annual allocation.
What salary does the Skilled Worker route require?
It uses the published going rate for the occupation code (pro-rated for contracted hours) and the general salary threshold, with the applicable minimum being the higher of the two. The going rates and current thresholds are published in the Skilled Worker guidance.
What must I report, and how quickly?
Most worker-level events are reported within 10 working days: start dates, no-shows, terminations, unauthorised absences beyond the set limit, salary or role changes, and changes of work location. Significant changes to your business are reported within 20 working days.
Can I withdraw a certificate after assigning it?
Yes, but in most cases it still counts against your allocation. Best practice is to validate the salary, occupation code and route eligibility before assignment.
Does the platform assign the certificate for me?
