The Innovator Founder visa is for someone setting up a new, innovative, viable and scalable business in the UK, rather than working for an existing employer. It depends on endorsement from an approved endorsing body rather than a sponsor licence, requires an ongoing day-to-day role in running the business, and periodic contact-point meetings with the endorsing body to evidence progress. Settlement depends on the endorsing body later confirming the business has met the route's published growth measures.
