4. AI and Automated Decision-Making
4.1 How We Use AI
Our platform uses artificial intelligence and automated processing to provide:
- Eligibility checkers: Automated assessments of potential visa eligibility based on information you provide
- Document guidance: Automated recommendations for documents required for your application
- Application assistance: Automated help completing application forms
- Content generation: AI-assisted drafting of supporting statements and letters
4.2 Automated Decision-Making Disclosures
Under Article 22 of UK GDPR, you have specific rights regarding automated decision-making. We want to be clear about how our AI works:
Nature of processing: Our AI tools analyse the information you provide against immigration rules and requirements to generate guidance and recommendations.
Logic involved: Our eligibility checkers compare your circumstances (age, nationality, qualifications, finances, etc.) against published immigration route requirements to estimate whether you may qualify. The AI identifies matching criteria and flags potential issues.
Significance and consequences: AI-generated assessments are for guidance only. They do not determine your actual eligibility, which is decided solely by UK Visas and Immigration. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon without review by our SRA-regulated solicitor.
Human oversight: All AI-generated content that may affect your immigration application can be reviewed by our SRA-regulated solicitor before you act on it.
4.3 Your Rights Regarding Automated Processing
You have the right to:
- Request human review of any automated assessment
- Express your point of view regarding automated outputs
- Contest automated decisions and request explanation
- Opt out of certain automated processing (though this may limit functionality)
To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@i-migrator.com.
4.4 AI Training
We use anonymised and aggregated data to improve our AI systems. Where we use personal data for AI training, we do so based on legitimate interests with appropriate safeguards, including data minimisation and security measures. You can object to this processing by contacting us.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at legal@i-migrator.com.
12. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
In Short: Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
13. Do we make updates to this notice?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
