This route allows short visits to a partner in the UK as a genuine visitor. It does not confer a right to live in the UK; those intending to live together should use the family partner route.

Be a genuine visitor who will leave at the end of the visit, with funds and accommodation, and undertake only permitted visitor activities.
What you can / cannot do
Visit your partner and attend social activities. You cannot work, access public funds, or remain by successive visits.
