Eligibility & key rules
You must be 18+, obtain endorsement for your business plan, meet the English language and funds requirements, and actively lead the business. Regular check-ins with the endorsing body are required post-grant.
What you can / cannot do
Permitted: work for and direct your endorsed business, take supplementary skilled employment, study, and bring dependants. Not permitted: accessing public funds or working below permitted skill levels.
Fees, documents & process
Secure endorsement first, then apply online with biometrics. Visa and health surcharge fees apply, as well as endorsement fees payable to the endorsing body.
